CANCELLED DUE TO COVID 19 Dear Coordinators, Teachers and Members,
Coronavirus is very much at the forefront of everyone’s mind and concern at the moment. We appreciate that the situation has been developing quickly and as such we are implementing some procedures to ensure that the risk is minimal. As a precautionary measure the trust has taken the decision to suspend all classes and training for the foreseeable future. This is not a decision that we have taken lightly but feel it is the best interest of all our Teachers, Members ,Students and anyone attending the classes. Therefore, could you please inform all the Teachers and Members in your area and cancel, in writing, all the Yoga classes ,with all the relevant bodies, with immediate effect. DERBY YOGA GROUP
The Derby Group was set up in March in 2009. An Assistant Yoga Teachers training Camp was set up. Soon after the training, we the trained teachers set up our Derby Yoga Group and took up the responsibility of practicing and setting up Yoga classes in the Derby area at Hindu Temple on Peartree Road. The Derby Hindu Temple has given us the space to start the Yoga Classes free of charge. With the grace of God and with the blessing of Baba Ram Dev Ji, the classes have been very successful and now the time is right to spread our expertise to the wider communities and to launch our organisation officially.
